GHOST® ENERGY x COLLEGE BASKETBALL CROWN SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. 
SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. 

The details of the Prize and how to enter the Sweepstakes are contained in these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Ghost Beverages, LLC (“Sponsor”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY:

 

ELIGIBILITY.  Ghost Energy x College Basketball Crown Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child and sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household, whether or not related, of College Basketball Crown, LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., and each of their  respective  parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, companies associated with the Sweepstakes  are not eligible to participate or win a prize.  The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations.  Void where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.  

 

  1. TIMING:

 

The Sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on February 9, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on February 27, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

 

  1. TO ENTER:

 

During the Promotion Period, there is one (1) way to enter: online, as described below.  No other methods of entry will be accepted. Limit one (1) entry per person, per e-mail address, and per household. Multiple entries received from any person or e-mail address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void.  Any attempt to enter with multiple email accounts may result in disqualification at the discretion of Sponsor upon verification of prize winner.  Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

 

The Clock of the Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.  All information submitted will be subject to and used as provided in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at: https://drinkghost.com/pages/privacy-policy (which is incorporated herein by reference).  Entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant’s consent to receive such e-mails and consenting to do so will not increase your chances of winning.  


During the Promotion Period visit [College Basketball Crown] and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry. Entrant must provide all required information in order to be eligible, including, without limitation, name, phone number, address, email address, and birth date. 

 

  1. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:

 

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by and comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes,  and to be contacted by social media direct message, telephone and/or email.

 

  1. SELECTION OF POTENTIAL WINNER: 

 

One (1) winner (“Winner”) will be selected at random on or about March 1, 2026.  Potential Winner will be contacted via  email, using the information provided by entrant in the online entry form.

 
Sponsor's decisions as to all matters related to administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of Winner are final.  Winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and winning and award of any Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within twenty-four (24) hours after the first attempt to contact such potential winner, an alternate entrant will be selected in their place at random from all eligible entries received.  Sponsor shall have no liability for incomplete, late, or incorrect entries, or for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted, or not received by a potential winner for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period. If a potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate winner selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

 

 

  1. PRIZE:

 

 One (1) prize is available to be awarded. Winner will receive: (i) two (2) courtside tickets to the semifinals and finals games of the College Basketball Crown; (ii) VIP Viewing Lounge Access at the T-Mobile Arena; (iii) two (2) night’s stay at the Circa Hotel; (iv) roundtrip coach air transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. airport nearest Winner’s residence to Las Vegas, Nevada; (v) a fully paid dinner for Winner and one (1) guest at Barry’s Steakhouse (excluding alcohol); (vi) a package of College Basketball Crown-branded merchandise and apparel (items determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (vii) two (2) $150 gift cards to ghostlifestyle.com (collectively, the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Prize: $7,000.00. 

Winner’s Guest must be 18 years of age or older.  Winner and Guest must travel on the same itinerary.  Winner is responsible for booking all travel arrangements.  Prize does not include: any ground transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, accommodations or any other expenses of a personal nature not otherwise set forth above.

 

  1. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: 

 

Travel must be completed on dates designated by Sponsor; blackout dates and other restrictions apply. Winner and Guest must possess any necessary travel documentation that may be required at their sole cost and expense. Winner and Guest shall be responsible for any costs and expenses related to the refusal of passage to or from their destination for failure to possess the necessary travel documentation. 


Winner agrees to accept all blackout dates and acknowledges that bookings must be made in advance and are subject to space availability. Economy class airline tickets cannot be upgraded to a higher fare class by paying the fare difference. Winner and Guest are responsible for complying with any inoculation or health regulations required for their destination. Prizes exclude travel insurance. Winner and Guest bear responsibility for the cost of domestic travel to reach their departure point. Prizes are not eligible for mileage accrual under any frequent flyer programs. Prizes cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, promotions, contests or discounts.


Except where otherwise expressly noted in these Official Rules, the selection of all vendors, prizes, products and services is subject to the Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Prize (and/or any portion thereof) is nontransferable and non-exchangeable.  No substitutions or cash redemption of Prize is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater retail value, at its sole and absolute discretion (or at Sponsor's election, the cash value of the applicable Prize). Additional restrictions may apply. 


All federal, state and local taxes related to any Prize is the sole responsibility of Winner. All other expenses and costs not expressly listed above are the Winner’s sole responsibility. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. No transfer of Prize is permitted.  

Winner must execute and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability, Publicity and if requested, W-9, within the time frame specified by Sponsor.  Winner’s Guest must also execute and return a Waiver and Release Agreement to be supplied by Sponsor in favor of the Released Parties (defined below). Noncompliance within the time period specified by Sponsor may result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

 

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS: 

 

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes void where prohibited.

Submission of an entry and participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission, but not the obligation, to the Sponsor, College Basketball Crown, LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., and their respective designees, directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to use entrant’s name, identity, title, likeness, distinctive appearance, physical likeness, image, portrait, picture, photograph (whether still or moving), screen persona, voice, vocal style, statements, gesture, mannerism, personality, performance characteristic, biographical data, signature, and any other indicia or imitation of identity or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, now or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity,  without further notice, approval, or compensation, unless prohibited by law. Winner agrees that Winner’s Guest shall be required to grant permission for the same.

Submission of contact information in connection with this Sweepstakes (whether or not required), including, without limitation, mailing address, phone number, email address, and/or social media handle during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor, College Basketball Crown, LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to use entrant’s personal information for purposes of administration of the Sweepstakes. Participants also may opt-in to be added to Sponsors’ customer database and to permit Sponsor, College Basketball Crown, LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns to contact participants in the future for promotional and other reasons. Participants may opt-out of receiving such communications as set forth in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy or as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s e-mails). Participants understand that they are providing your information to Sponsor. The information participants provide to Sponsor will only be used in accordance with Sponsors’ Privacy Policy.


By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, College Basketball Crown, LLC, Anschutz Entertainment Group, Inc., or any other companies or persons associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of its and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, assigns, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind, including death, arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activities, or the acceptance and use, misuse, or possession of any Prize awarded hereunder (including, without limitation, any misrepresentation made by participants in connection with the Sweepstakes; any non-compliance by participants with these Official Rules; claims brought by persons or entities other than the parties to these Official Rules arising from or related to participants’ involvement with the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in the Sweepstakes; any malfunction, error or other problem arising in connection with the collection, processing, or retention of entry information; or any typographical or other error in the printing, offering or announcement of any winner). The foregoing includes, without limitation, any claim for personal injury, property loss or damage, or death arising in any way in connection with the Sweepstakes.


If Sponsor’s use of an entry causes Sponsor to be subject to a claim by any third party (including, but not limited to, a claim of infringement), such entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties, and all persons acting by, through, under or in concert with them, against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which the Released Parties (or any one of them) may incur as a result of the use of participants’ entry.


WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE RELEASED PARTIES HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.


Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 


Online entries are deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and is a California resident. Prize will only be awarded to the authorized account holder. 


If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to void any entries at issue (including disqualifying any individual who tampers or otherwise interferes with the entry process), and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. In the event of such cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to award Prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. 

Sponsor in no way promotes illegal acts, and any and all entries which include or promote illegal acts will be disqualified. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction of unauthorized access to, or alternation of, entries.  Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.


CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.


The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, excluding conflicts of laws principles.  As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court, and not a jury, located in Clark County, Nevada, that is hereby agreed to have jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses, and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

 

  1. WINNER’S NAME:

 

For the name of the Winner (available after April 21, 2026), mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Ghost Energy x College Basketball Crown Sweepstakes, Winner’s Name, c/o Ghost Beverages, LLC, 170 S. Green Valley Parkway, Suite 300, Henderson NV 89012.  Request for Winner’s name must be received by March 22, 2026.
